I have been practicing meditation consistently for about 4 years. I have tried many, many techniques. They have all been helpful for various reasons, but nothing has really stuck with me. Until Tim shared Unified Mindfulness with me. I will be honest, at first I thought, “oh another one to add to my long list of types of meditations!” But I was wrong ~ this isn’t a type of meditation. It is a profound and simple way to make your life and meditation easier and more enjoyable!
